For this Canadian bride and British groom, their wedding was about more than celebrating their love. They wanted to bring two families from across the ocean together and give them time to truly connect. The setting couldn't have been more meaningful: the bride's family farm, a place filled with cherished childhood memories.

To bring their vision to life, we created a glamping village where guests from both sides could stay together for several nights, sharing stories, making memories, and forming new friendships. What began as a wedding became a beautiful opportunity to turn two families into one.

After spending several years living in Australia, the groom had built friendships that meant the world to him. When it came time to celebrate his wedding back in Canada, he wanted his Australian friends to experience a place equally special: his family's beautiful waterfront property on Hudson Bay. 

Rather than gathering for just one evening, the vision was to spend several unforgettable days together. We created a beachfront glamping retreat where guests could wake up to breathtaking sunrises, enjoy sunsets over the water, and reconnect with old friends. Four days of shared experiences turned a wedding celebration into a memorable reunion. 

And while it's not easy to impress Australians with a beach, we like to think we pulled it off!

Who says running out of bedrooms has to be a problem? Sometimes, it leads to something even better! When a cottage celebration brought friends together from out of town, the hosts needed extra space for a special couple who happened to love camping and the outdoors. 

We created a stylish glamping suite right on the property, giving them a cozy, private retreat while keeping them close to the festivities. What started as a practical solution became an unexpected highlight of their stay. Although, after a night of glamping in such comfort, we're not sure how they'll ever go back to regular camping!

Some places become part of a couple's story, and for these two, it was their favourite camping spot in Algonquin Park, where returning each year had become a cherished tradition. When he decided to propose, he knew there was no better place to ask the question.

We helped bring his surprise to life, setting up a beautiful glamping tent and creating personalized signs, all while keeping the plans a secret. She said yes!

With their closest friends there to share the joy, the couple spent the next three days camping, celebrating, and making new memories in a place they already loved so much.

A milestone 50th birthday deserves a celebration surrounded by friends, and this Hamilton home was ready to welcome a crowd! With more overnight guests than available bedrooms, the hosts came up with a creative way to make everyone feel at home.

For two sisters celebrating their 30th birthdays, the perfect party was a chance to relive some of their happiest childhood memories. Originally from the UK and now living in Canada, they had grown up spending summers at camp with their cousins. So they invited their family across the ocean for a week-long, grown-up summer camp at their father's lake house. With a full week of activities planned, all they needed was a place for everyone to stay.

We created a glamping village on the property, giving their guests comfortable accommodations while keeping everyone together for a week of laughter, nostalgia, and new memories.

Deep in the forests of Northern Ontario, a music festival wanted to offer its attendees something beyond the traditional camping experience. Guests could book a glamping stay alongside their festival tickets, enjoying the excitement of live music with a comfortable retreat waiting for them at the end of the day.

Working as the festival's glamping setup partner, we installed over 20 tents among the trees, creating an entire woodland village ready to welcome guests.

It was a wonderful example of how glamping can enhance a large-scale event, combining the atmosphere of a music festival with the comfort of thoughtfully prepared accommodations.

Turning sixteen is a milestone worth celebrating, and this birthday girl had a special wish: an unforgettable sleepover with her closest friends. To make the occasion extra memorable, we created a spacious glamping suite with three queen-size beds, giving the girls their very own cozy retreat for the night.

From coordinating reservations to setting up the village, we took care of the details, leaving the couple free to enjoy their special celebration.

For one family, a weekend at their grandparents' cottage on Rice Lake was the perfect opportunity to bring three generations together. With children and grandchildren all invited, there simply weren't enough bedrooms for everyone. So the grandparents came up with a fun idea: a glamping tent for the girls and another for the boys, giving the grandchildren their own little adventure away from the adults.

We set up two comfortable tents, creating extra sleeping space while adding to the excitement of the weekend. Between family games, friendly competitions, and nights spent camping with their cousins, the children had an unforgettable time, and the grandparents got exactly what they had hoped for: a weekend full of family togetherness.
